COMPANY DATA AND BACKGROUND

Technical Engineering and Associated Management Pty Ltd (TEAM) is an Australian majority owned company, established May 1980, in the state of New South Wales and is staffed and managed by former senior military, and civil servants. Over the years the firm has primarily provided services to the Australian Defense sector, both to the government and industry. In recent years TEAM has concentrated on strategic alignments with US and Australian High Tech. companies, with the goal of transferring niche' defense technology to the Australasia region. Over twenty Alignment and Teaming agreements have been executed with Australian, USA and South Pacific Companies. TEAM have undertaken contracts for the Australian Department of Defense, providing engineering design and technical support for Naval Projects embracing hull, mechanical, electrical and weapons disciplines.

TEAM's experience and expertise has been gained as a result of one or more of the following activities;

Providing management, administration, quality assurance and logistic support in various configuration programs.
Providing assistance in systems engineering design, by developing engineering feasibility studies, management analysis, reviewing engineering design and specifications, research and technical writing to support the development of design studies and engineering tasks.
Recording and validating installation requirements under actual operating conditions.

HULL SURVEYS

TEAM are also accredited to accomplish Hull Surveys of all classes of RAN Naval Vessels. The surveys undertaken also include recommendation for repairs and the application of approved paint schemes.

DDG’S - Weapons upgrade and installation of IKARA

TEAM have also undertaken the design of support and small craft for Monohulls and Catamarans ranging from 30’ to 200’.
